Chuck Zamora

CHUCK ZAMORA
Chuck Zamora is president and founder of ZAMORA GROUP INTERNATIONAL. After receiving his degrees in both social science and education Chuck taught school in both the USA and Australia. Making a huge life decision, he left teaching and joined the multinational company Dun & Bradstreet. In 1984, Chuck left D&B and launched ZAMORA GROUP INTERNATIONAL. In the last almost quarter of a century, Chuck has reached in excess of 250,000 people with his high energy and rock-solid programs.

In 1999 ZAMORA GROUP INTERNATIONAL launched a five-day leadership program titled “CLASS ”, which stands for Corporate Leadership And Success Strategies, which is now conducted on two continents. He also wrote and conducts “The Tools For Life”, seminars a life skills program that has touched the lives of more than 88,000 high school seniors.


Christine McMahon CHRISTINE MCMAHON

Mike Malatesta MIKE MALATESTA
Mike Malatesta is the founder and president of Advanced Waste Services, Inc., a Wisconsin-based firm focused on delivering unique, effective and environmentally sound waste collection, transportation and treatment solutions to a wide range of manufacturing, commercial and municipal clients throughout the upper Midwest.

Over the last 16 years, Mike has not only lived through the ups and downs of the entrepreneurial cycle but he has also learned the importance and impact that innovation and transformation bring, not just to an organization, but to every person in the organization. His company has been recognized as a distinguished Future 50 “Master Mettle” award winner, received INC . 5000 recognition, as well as being recognized on both the Waste Age and the Waste News list of the 100 Largest and Fastest-Growing companies in the waste industry.


Wendy Kamerling WENDY KAMERLING
Wendy is the president of Bridges Consulting, LLC, a company that specializes in leadership and organizational development.  She recently published her first book Are You a Leader Worth Following? The book challenges leaders to consider how their style impacts the workplace and, in turn, impacts the bottomline.

Wendy gained the majority of her work experience during her twenty years with Johnson Controls. During her last six years with Johnson Controls, she held the position of vice-president of human resources for their global battery business.

Wendy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater.


Matt Kirschner MATT KIRCHNER
Matt Kirchner (“Kirk-ner”) presently serves as the chief executive of American Finishing Resources, LLC (AFR). With facilities in Wisconsin, Iowa and Indiana, and a transportation footprint encompassing twelve states, AFR is by far the largest provider of Industrial Coatings Removal and Paint Fixture and Hanger Fabrication in the Midwest.

He is a licensed certified public accountant in the State of Wisconsin, is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, and serves on the boards of directors of three corporations and several non-profit organizations.

In 2004 he was named to the Milwaukee Business Journal’s “40 under Forty”, honoring leaders under 40 years of age who have succeeded in business and given back to the community. He is a graduate of Marquette University.

In addition to his role with AFR, Matt speaks frequently on topics of interest to American business. He is the author of “Never Finished”, a monthly management column appearing in Products Finishing magazine.


Janet McMahon, MPH JANET MCMAHON, MPH
As the executive director of the Well City Milwaukee, Janet is responsible for the overall management of this workplace wellness collaboration that is a partnership of the City of Milwaukee, the Greater Milwaukee Committee and the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce.

As the associate vice president – healthy lifestyles at the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee, Janet is responsible for all aspects of developing and implementing innovative wellness and health promotion programming for YMCA members and the community at large.

Janet McMahon has over 20 years of experience as a health promotion and wellness professional. She has extensive experience in program needs assessment, design, development, implementation and evaluation in a variety of settings including community, healthcare, academic and corporate. Janet has a Masters Degree in Public Health, with a health promotion and education emphasis, from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor’s Degree, with a double major in Psychology and Sociology, from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point.
